n this presentation we have brought some new and older material together to bring you a comprehensive look at the fleet in action across many areas of Southern and Eastern France.  Few programmes exist with so many different class members at work - 137 of the once 240 strong class are featured in this production, many now long gone.

Run-time 1hour and 31 mins approx. Most of the video contained in this programme was first published In the DVD Magazine series: ‘European Railway’,  Issues 32 to 42 and filmed between 2008 and 2010.

The programme is divided into five parts; one looking at the BB12000s in northern France, another at their work in north-eastern France around Metz and Thionville, one looking at the CFL 3600s working around Bettembourg on the lines to Troisvirges and Wasserbillig and another section looking at the class at work on the southern mainline through Esch-sur-Alzette, Belval-Usines, Petange and Longwy. We close with a look at the CC14100s working in north-eastern France.
