Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ Sterling or $ U.S. Dollars (depending on your currency selection). Delivery charges for the UK are in addition to the prices quoted where an postage fee will be added to the total of the purchase order. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods.


We deliver within the mainland UK and to overseas destinations. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to turn orders around within 3 working days or sooner, but sometimes this will not be possible, such as where the proprietor will be away overseas filming new material. This could sometimes delay an order (depending how close your order is to the proprietor's first day of departure), but is limited to once or twice a year, usually in the late Winter or early Summer periods. If in any doubt please contact 07428 882899 which is the Lineside Video's mobile number to talk to the proprietor, so that you can establish when a product delivery can be fulfilled.

Delivery Costs

The delivery costs for the UK are as follows:
a fixed charge for postage and packing is added to your overall order.


All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.


You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification.  Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.

After-Sales Services and Guarantees

If you have any problems with non-delivery or the DVD will not play, or you are not satisfied with your product, we will issue a replacement disc free of charge or will offer a complete refund if you send the original product back to us.
